Upon meeting her, you can’t help but notice Andi’s Wagner’s enthusiasm for real estate and her total dedication to her clients.
And from the Southern California foothills, where she grew up, to the limitless potential and beauty of El Dorado County, where she and her husband settled in 1997, Andi Wagner personifies California living.
A top producing El Dorado County area REALTOR® since 2005, Andi asks questions, listens, gets to know her clients and tailors her work to their individual needs.
“I gauge what each client’s real estate goals are and, together, we form a plan specific to them,” she says. “Real estate buying and selling is different for everyone.”
From firsthand experience, Andi knows that there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
“We’ve lived in Pollock Pines, Cameron Park and now we live in Rescue,” says Andi, who with her husband and two children remains immersed in the local community’s growth and prosperity.
In fact, it was during one of her own real estate purchases that Andi became inspired to enter real estate professionally. She earned her license in 2005 and was a broker by 2008. Over the years, Andi has dedicated herself to providing meticulous attention to detail and a completely no-pressure approach.
“I work for my clients,” she says. “I want to be their trusted advisor.”
To that end, even if a client falls in love at first sight with a property, Andi ensures they’re fully knowledgeable about any potential issues that may affect the home’s livability. Final decisions are ultimately up to her clients, but she brings aggressive, professional negotiation skills to the table.
Additionally, given Andi’s previous experience as a lender, she maintains keen awareness of the loan process and opportunities available to buyers in the county.
Andi takes an active role in El Dorado County’s transformation into a magnet for family life; great schools; outdoor recreation; dining and entertainment; commerce and industry; and close proximity to beloved Northern California attractions.
“It is a blessing to raise a family here and to live and work in this community,” she says. She notes her appreciation for the fact that the area’s top-performing schools were a great asset while she and her husband have raised their two children.
“I like the fact that in real estate my scenery changes every day. And I love the diversity here, the people and the relationships I get to form with them.”
When she’s not showing or listing fabulous properties to clients, you can find Andi with her family and friends enjoying paddle boarding, kayaking, dining out, going to the gym and staying involved with her church.
“I believe in investing in the community,” she adds. “It is so important to give back and do your part to ensure this incredible area continues to flourish.”
